A 79-year-old retired authorities official and his spouse had been run over by a automotive at Dwarka in western Delhi, police stated on Tuesday.
The incident occurred at Sector 11 on Sunday night and CCTV footage of it went viral on social media.
Deepakshi Choudhary, a resident of Appu Enclave of the sector, claimed that she was excited about one thing when the incident occurred, an officer stated, including that it was but to be ascertained whether or not she was on a cellphone name.
